40 Days for Life is an internationally coordinated 40-day campaign that aims to end abortion locally through prayer and fasting, community outreach, and a peaceful all-day vigil in front of abortion businesses.

The visible, public centerpiece of 40 Days for Life program is a focused, 40-day prayer vigil outside a single Planned Parenthood facility. It is a peaceful and educational presence. Those who participate send a powerful message to the community about the tragic reality of abortion. Council 13341 has supported this vigil for many years by prayerfully protesting abortion outside the Planned Parenthood facility in Sarasota. Participants often silently pray the rosary while walking or sitting outside of PP. Knights, wives and family members are encouraged to attend. Please select a time by clicking the RSVP.
