Orioles Spring Training

Spring Training at Ed Smith Stadium:
Every spring, Sarasota comes alive with the sights and sounds of baseball as the Baltimore Orioles return to Ed Smith Stadium for Spring Training. From late February through March, fans enjoy a classic baseball experience filled with sunshine, stadium snacks, and top-tier MLB action—all right in our own backyard.
What many don’t know is that Knights of Columbus Council 13341 plays an active role in the stadium experience. Our council operates two concession stands at Ed Smith Stadium during spring training. This not only allows us to serve fans but also gives us the opportunity to raise funds for local and national charities. We earn a percentage of gross sales from our stands, along with 100% of the tips, which go directly toward supporting our charitable mission.
