Brothers In Action

The 2nd Quarter 2026 Brothers to Brothers Luncheon was held on April 29, 2026, at Peridia Golf & Country Club. A total of 22 Brother Knights were in attendance, enjoying fellowship and meaningful conversation over the course of 90 minutes.

This event continues to serve as an important reminder that all members remain a valued and integral part of our Council, especially those who are no longer able to actively participate. Several Brother Knights generously assisted with transportation, ensuring that those unable to drive could attend and return home safely.

The gathering opened with Grand Knight Gordon leading the Brothers in prayer, blessings, and the Pledge of Allegiance. He then provided an update on Council activities, followed by Faithful Navigator David, who shared updates on Assembly initiatives. On behalf of the Council, Grand Knight Gordon extended best wishes to SK Bill and Barbara Walsh as they prepare for their move to Virginia Beach. SK John Joly led a moment of silence and prayer in remembrance of our recently departed Brother Knights, Br. Warren Glasow and Br. Ed Souza.

In a heartfelt presentation, John Joly recognized Cathline Salamone with a Certificate of Appreciation for her compassionate dedication in assisting SK Warren Glasow (age 96) with his daily living needs. The luncheon concluded with an excellent meal provided by Peridia Golf & Country Club, further enhancing a meaningful and memorable afternoon of brotherhood.
